Chicken Tagine with Lemon and Green Olives a Moroccan recipe,is based on the 'Sprouting Kitchen Arts' May Half-Term Family Art workshops held at Sprout Arts

Come and learn a simple but delightful recipe and get all sorts of cooking tips from Kate McBain : ‘I love to demonstrate how simple, fresh ingredients can be turned into delicious meals and how you don’t have to be Jamie Oliver to do it!’

Kate has cooked alongside Jamie Oliver, the Original Calendar Girls and even for the contestants in the X Factor House, so has quite a few stories to tell and tips to pass on!

As a professional cook Kate’s mission is to “Inspire the Nation to get Cooking” and to “Live Well for Less” Come and learn about the diversity of ingredients that are available,the changing tastes of the seasons and the quality of our regional producers as these are all things to be proud of.
